I recently stayed at a resort in Boca Raton and was pleasantly surprised by the location. The resort was right on the beach, making it incredibly convenient to access the ocean. The sandy shores were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, the on-site restaurants had a wide variety of food options to choose from, ensuring everyone's tastes were satisfied. Not to mention, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, providing a pleasant and relaxing space to unwind. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, offering a fantastic start to the day. the resort's location, service, and dining options made for a fantastic experience.

I did find that some of the food served in the restaurants was not of high quality, which was a disappointment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the ocean was perfect and the staff was well-trained in exceptional customer service. The entire team, from the desk personnel to the housekeeping and engineering staff, was professional and attentive. My room was available upon arrival, and any requests were promptly addressed. The full breakfast was delicious, and the concierge team, Catherine and Daniel, were amazing. Cole, the beach attendant, was also really cool and made my time on the beach enjoyable.

Not one thing.

The location near the beach and the view from my room were breathtaking. The pools were very refreshing and perfect for sunny days. The restaurant food and drinks were delicious and presented beautifully.

The poor service from the staff was really disappointing. I had to wait for a while and request multiple times for little things such as enough towels, the valet parking, and my room service order.

Our Thanksgiving stay was amazing! The staff was fantastic and offered us complimentary champagne and chocolates upon arrival. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and with stunning views. The pool was lovely and the room was clean and cozy.

The food prices were a bit steep and there were limited options for dining. The crowd was also a bit rowdy, with children running around and loud noises in the evenings.
